Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.

Losone is a good place to explore valleys like Maggia, Verzasca, Onsernone, Bavona, Centovalli etc. for hiking, taking a bath in one of the rivers, pools, waterfalls. Also a lot and good Grottos to eat nearby Casa Kosamui. What is a bit annoying is the heavy traffic when you come down from the highway in Sant Antonino and Cadenazzo in directing to Locarno and there is no other road to avoid the rush hour.AndréSwitzerland

The apartment is spacious, bright and perfectly located if you wish to travel through the full valley. You can even go by foot to the harbour of Ascona which is 2.1km. you also have tank station, supermarket, bakery....around the apartment in the losone village so it is wonderful. The hosts Tania and her husband are lovely and they reply very fast to any questions you may have....Absolutely THE place for holidays

The hotel itself is simple but good value for money for this area. The staff are friendly. Very good information in the reception area for travellers. Nice breakfast including frsh fruit.
