PLEASE NOTE: This page is only about the upper duplex apartment. The whole chalet (ground floor apartment & upper duplex apartment) can be booked as a whole. Please contact us regarding the possibilities to stay in the chalet with 9-13 people! The chalet lies at approximately 1200m altitude, in a quiet authentic Swiss village. Within 5-10 minutes you can walk to the village's stores (supermarket, bakery/tea-room, butcher, bank, local stuff), and to the cable lift that takes you up another 1000m, where you can start more adventures (skiing, hiking, para-sailing, gear rental, stunning views, coffee, food, après-ski, more ski lifts within the Aletsch Arena). There are lots of walks, places and villages nearby to explore, but if in need of more tranquility, the chalet offers the possibility to relax on the balcony or by the fireplace. Breath-taking views, nature’s purest. Quiet but central, this holiday destination is so versatile, in every season. Situated near famous Aletsch glacier, beautiful for hiking, cycling and/or skiing, near family's favorite Zauberwald & Outdoor pool(s) and spa and the Gletscher Express that takes you through the Wallis province’s most beautiful and historic villages. Above the balcony is the 'upper part' of the Chalet with a large living room, a fireplace, a dining table, open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom The L-shaped terrace/balcony offers lots of space in both sunshine and shade. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms and the second bathroom. There is 1 parking spot right next to the chalet that you can always access, also when there's heaps of snow. Bringing snow chains is advisable though (to get back up the road when the weather is extreme). The upper part of the chalet and the apartment underneath can be rented together as well as separately.
