Comfort and modernity: KRISTALL 9 will be the perfect apartment for your vacation or business stay in Lugano!Just a few minutes from the highway junctions and only 8/10 minutes walk from Lugano station, this apartment is part of the brand new KRISTALL PALACE, a building with fine finishes and elegant design, built in the scenic area of Massagno. The lovely living room is furnished with a TV cabinet and a comfortable sofa, where you can enjoy some relaxation, read a book and watch a movie with friends after a day of sightseeing or work. The modern kitchen is complete with appliances and everything you need to cook like at home, having lunch and dinner on the table next to it. The master bedroom is bright and has access to the balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs for sipping coffee as you wake up or an aperitif at sunset. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests. The apartment has private parking in the condominium garage.

Nearby: KRISTALL 9 is located in Massagno, a residential area of Lugano convenient to all of Ticino, being just minutes from the Lugano Nord exit of the A2 highway. The area is quiet and residential, and within walking distance has restaurants, stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Within a few minutes' walk are Pizzeria Gardenia, restaurants Grotto della Salute and Grotto Valletta, and Cinema Lux. It is also a few minutes' walk from the station, from which you can take the funicular to get to the historic center in just 3 minutes, or in 5/6 minutes by taking the steps on foot. Lugano's lakefront and the heart of the historic city can be reached by car in just 10 to 15 minutes. In the city you can stroll along the cobblestone streets of the center, the Piazza Riforma and Via Nassa, a famous shopping street. Walking along the lakefront you can reach the LAC museum and the Paradiso area, or Ciani Park with its beautiful garden and villa. How to get there: By car, from the A2 highway take the Lugano Nord exit and set your GPS: in just 5/10 minutes you will reach the apartment. By train, from Lugano station go on foot for 8/10 minutes, going up Via Genzana and crossing the bridge.
