The completely renovated Sorell Hotel Rütli is located in the heart of Zurich's historic quarter, next to the cable cars and the ETH Zurich university. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV. Via the TVs in every room you can also surf the web, watch the newest movies and listen to the radio. A wide selection of drinks can be enjoyed in the Sorell Hotel Rütli's stylish bar. Many of restaurants can be found around this B&B hotel. The Sorell Hotel Rütli has excellent public transportation connections and there are also 2 multi-story parking garages nearby. Several tram lines go directly to the main train station. The hotel is very central, just near the main railway station. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and stylish. The hotel is situated right in the red-light area. There were numerous prostitutes on the street and lots of shady men in front of shady clubs. I felt intimidated to be out late at night.

Frequent guest over many years.Location excellent. Staff great. Functional. Prices have climbed beyond reasonable. Anything other than low budgeted single now not in my range. I stay elsewhere.

Close to trains, close to entertainment district, large rooms (for Zurich), friendly staff, everything in walking distance. Close to a number of clubs with a large prostitution presence in the area.

Its central location-very near the HB.Spotlessly clean and very friendly, helpful staff.A very pleasant breakfast, spacious rooms, lovely bathroom, good TV facilities. My only negative comment would be that I thought the woman serving breakfast was rushed off her feet-we waited 15 minutes for a coffee, but had to leave before it arrived.She needed some assistance.

Just 2 minutes walking from the central station and the bahnofstrasse ( where all the banks are). room very big !! good breakfast. continental. No free wifi. I couldn't modify the temperature in the room. My room was very hot.

The hotel staff were very helpful and efficient. The breakfast was included in the price and was fresh and sufficient. The single room was clean and the bed was very comfortalbe. It's close to the train station but the area was not too noisy.

Location is quite perfect, room looks suuper, the presence of a Nespresso coffee maker in the room was a nice surprise. Beds are large and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, in an elegant and quiet atmosphere. The unprofessional way in which the check-out happened. The room is not suitable for longer stays in the city. The glass-wall between the room and the bathroom disturbs one person when the other wants to wake up earlier and use the bathroom.

Clean, central, simple, polite, recently renovated, shoe shine on every floor. Wi-fi not included and its pricing complicated and unfriendly. For such an expensive place this feels strange

It's not far from Zurich hb and stain in Niederdorf street which is easy to find something to eat. In the room you can drink coffee nespresso by yourself, it's free. Breakfast is great and you can get apple in the lobby when you hungry.
