A lovely modern, peaceful & spacious apartments situated in Damas Yaoundé. Suitable for families and group of friends who want to live in homely environment away from home. It's also ideal for couples get away. These Apartments has lots of space to relax, cook, dine and play. This 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Apartment Features: 1 x Master Bedroom with luxury Queen size bed, Walk in Wardrobe, and Ensuite bathroom. A Second Bedroom with queen size luxury bed, and a fitted wardrobe. 1 x Guess Toilet with shower A Spacious Living Room with a modern L shape sofa and coffee table, 65'' Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime, Youtube etc). Also the tv comes with cable channels. A Separate Dinning Area with a very beautiful 6 seater dinning table. A well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances including; blender/grinder, Electric kettle, Microwave, American style Fridge Freezer with water dispenser, Big cooker and oven with a gas and electric options A Spacious balcony for relaxation which is accessible either from the kitchen or the Living room 2 secured private car parking spaces 24 hours security in the building
