Position TOP! in the old town near all the services... I got a coconat cream at 2 am! too good. Very hot... but with good air condition and shower... a very nice Batik style. Diffucult communication but very open guests!

The best thing about the hostel is the location, right bang in the centre of the old city. Plenty of restaurants around, and most sightseeing in the city can be done on foot. We stayed in a Deluxe Japanese Style Queen Room. The room was clean, all toiletries and clean towels provided, and most importantly it was very quiet. The bed was also very very comfortable, so we were able to have a good sleep after long tiring days. The shower was also good with hot water available at all times. As the property is at the edge of the pedestrian street, it was very convenient to get taxis also. Overall a good stay, I would stay here again on my next visit to Haikou. Highly recommended!

First of all, thank you to all the staff who do everything possible to satisfy you. The place is ideal, well centered, you couldn't get better. Breakfast is included, but other than the coffee, it's not great. On Saturday evenings, there is a live music group at the back of the hotel. We had a great time listening to them. We had a lot of fun staying there twice for 2 nights. The room is large and clean and quiet. I would easily give 8.5 as a rating. 🙂👍🏼

Excellent location in the heart of the bustling, iconic Qilou Old Street. Easy to get anywhere and to any attraction with Didi. Lots of good restaurants and eateries just steps away. Many interesting little streets nearby to wander around and explore, including a local market. A very short walk away from a local mall too. Wander Hostel had a very warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff of Wander Hostel were so very friendly and helpful!

nice sandwich breakfast, like home make. Mr Liu was owner and chef. He ensures that his guests are properly fed for a good day. Mr Liu and his staff work on ensuring their guests know how to get around town. Cosy n comfortable place. Right in the mist of walking street, where action is.

The staff was really really friendly. Even the owner was around to chat with us and give us good recommendations. The location is smack bang central in the Old Town, so there’s always something to check out - like coffee, food, small shops.
