Rustic, romantic, airy, well-equipped private home with tropical flower garden and fruit trees. Located just off the main road, along a beach access road, 200 meters from a beautiful private beach. 1 queen bed and extra wide couch (sleeps 4 total). Wake up in paradise to the sounds of the howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, green parrots, tucán, and the neighbor roosters. Enjoy local activities such as surfing, sport-fishing, bicycling, quad rides, hiking to waterfalls and more!
I live PT in California, PT in Costa Rica. This home was completed in April, 2023. I look forward to sharing it with you! Owner is available by messaging/ phone/text 24/7, and house manager is available anytime (lives 50 meters away) to help with any issues, or to set up quad rentals, fishing tours, tortuga island tours, surfboard rentals, surf lessons, laundry service, or to deliver fresh fish or lobster. He can also bbq for you while you relax
The home is located 200 meters from a private, natural, remote rocky beach. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, this is not a “touristy” area, it’s very quiet. The town of Cabuya dead ends into Cabo Blanco Absolute Reserve, Costa Rica’s first national park. This area is jungly, natural, and full of wildlife. Cabuya is a fisherman village, primarily, with some foreigners living here for the climate and surf, and the beautiful beaches. Car, quad, moto, bike, walk… you choose ! If you come by car, there is secured, covered parking inside our locked gates. We can arrange car, quad, and bike rentals as well as taxi service.
