Larissa is an interesting city with lots of facilities.
Larissa is an interesting city with lots of facilities. I shopped at the market and mini supermarkets and ate at the local restaurants and cafes. I loved the beaches the walk to McKenzie along the promenade or through the old Turkish quarters. The intercity buses are great as are the local buses. Buy a movement card and travel cheaply. My favourite cafe is Gregorys I like the Kebab Hut, the Lebanese restaurant has the most delicious food as does Takis.

Larnaca has been home from home for the last 30 years.
Larnaca has been home from home for the last 30 years. Everything you need is there and very convenient for the airport. You do not need a hire car if you are in the centre, Finikoudes or Piyale Pasha areas. Excellent choice of restaurants, snack bars etc. Good shopping and ample supermarkets / corner shops for the self catering. There is something for everyone, regardless of age.

I was in Larnaka to catch up with family not vacation, so cannot comment on the destination for a holiday. I can highly recommend the apartment though. Staying in Larnaka? Stay at Paolina's apartment.

Perhaps the most beautiful city in Cyprus, with a long beach promenade, many and varied restaurants and taverns, everything is in one place in the center and within walking distance, there is public transport from the airport to the city center and back. An ideal place for both a city break and a summer vacation. There are convenient bus connections to the unique beaches of Ayia Napa, the capital Nicosia, Paphos and Limassol.

Larnaca is a working town rather than an out and out tourist resort, although it has all the facilities that tourists need. This means that it is good for out of season visits. It has a great, well planned seafront and nice sandy beaches. The international airport is very close to the centre and is well served by public transport.

I only stayed one night, so not much chance to explore.
I only stayed one night, so not much chance to explore. Delightful weather, lovely promenade by the sea, lots of nice cafes, bars & restaurants - but not at all rowdy, friendly people, lots of cats.
This accommodation was the best and cheapest one we've stayed at in Cyprus. The owner has welcomed us warmly, showed around this amazing building that has been true to its surroundings, preserving its beautiful patina with original floor tiling, roof beamsr etc mixing it with modern renovated elements. The interior design was simple and befitting. The location is a minute from the beach promenade and in the quiet part of old town. Comfortable bed, the deluxe double bedroom was very quiet.
Very kind staff. The owner Ramzi did his best to help us with everything. Fixing TV, looking for taxi and even arranging for us to see the football match in a nearby pub . The location is superb. Quiet but still two minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, sights and 10 minutes walk from the bus stop Finikoudes ftom where you can easily travel to the airport for EUR 2 or other cities in Cyprus for EUR 7 return. Highly recommended.
I really did not expect this hotel to be as good as it was, welcome drink on check in, free room upgrade, complimentary wine in room, everything you expect from a 5 star in your room including quality toiletries, downstairs has very nice bar area and restaurant with excellent breakfast, in addition the whole place is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and staff are great. A gem in Larnaca I have not discovered before.
Thank you so much for a very warm welcome and comfortable stay. The hotel manager was reachable at all times due to my flight times and further delays. I couldn't have asked for more informative and reassuring service. 5 star service!
The location is very nice of this hotel due to such close proximity to the beach and restaurants.
Most importantly it is very clean! All in all, awesome!
Nicolas went above and beyond as a host, ensuring a smooth transfer from the airport and providing valuable advice on things to do in Cyprus. Nicolas is not just a host but also a delightful person to converse with—extremely kind and interesting. The location is perfect, with easy access to main amenities and the beautiful Larnaca promenade.
The location is fantastic: the hotel is on the beach front and the beach is children-friendly (sand, with shallow water for 20m). There is even a bus (Mr 425) that connects the hotel directly to the airport and to the centre of Larnaka. The restaurant is esquisite, the breakfast a buffet one. It was so good that I stayed an additional day!
Comfortable beds, good breakfast (especially the fresh orange juice), nice balcony, free drink voucher on arrival, good amenities (nespresso machine with unlimited pods).
Good location -close to airport and Mackenzie beach. From the hotel it is a walk of 15 minutes along the coast to the fortress (and center) of Larnaca.
There is a line of restaurants and bars in front of building, accros quite busy road is a beach. In front of hotel is first station for local airport bus and intercity bus - to all parts of Cyprus.
Room is large, with living room, beautiful terrace and bedroom. And beds are like sleeping on clouds.
Everything was clean.
Phil is a very helpful host and the location is great, only 5 minutes by foot to the beachfront. The bar downstairs is also a great place to start cyprus holiday. There is a common kitchen that helps if you buy anything from supermarket. It is also very helpful that the room comes with a adapter for british power sockets
Location wise the hotel is just great - close to the sea, and many bars/restaurants/shops around. Easy to get to the bus stop to get to the airport or anywhere in Cyprus. The room was of good size, clean and had everything needed. Great view on the sunset. Live music from the restaurants nearby in the evening.
Unfortunately nothing really. On our holiday, we stayed in 4 different hotels in Cyprus, so I might be biased by comparing to others. I think WIFI was ok while the Television had youtube where you can search anything you want. Ultimately the hotel reflects the value paid for a night. Staff was friendly too.
The location was close to restaurants and the beach. Our room was lovely and very clean and included a balcony which we loved. But the best part of this hotel is the service. They exceeded expectations time and again to help us with luggage storage, checkins and help with travel. we cannot recommend enough!
We stayed in rise street hotel for only 1 night before going to paphos, but we’re surprised that’s it’s more than a 3 star hotel, the room is big and so clean, there’s everything in the room like any 5 stars hotel. The art is everywhere in the hotel. The staff are so friendly. I recommended it so much.
Very good beach hotel in center of Larnaca. Restaurants, bus stop, everything nearby you need to explore the city and Cyprus. Very spacious room with kitchenette, comfy bed. The bathroom was a bit small. Large variety of food for breakfast and freshly pressed orangejuice.
This was a perfect rooftop apartment with three bedrooms for our family vacation in Cyprus. Spacious, great view!!!, air conditioned, comfortable, very close to the LCA airport with a great view of arriving planes. Simply this is a great place.
Great and happy staff. Hotel is close both to the airport and Mackenzie beach, as well as about 20 minutes walk from Larnaca. The hotel staff will really do they best to give you early check-in free of charge if there's possibility for that.
I liked everything. Wonderful staff, some of the best food I've had in a chain hotel, very clean, good pools, direct access to a sandy beach (not very common in the area). I was a perfect holiday until the last night.
