Ayia Napa Ammos Sea View Villa is a property located just a few metres from Ammos Tou Kampouri Beach and only a few minutes' walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. Ammos Sea View features an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area fully equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, the 2 of them have double beds and the third one has a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with a bath tub.The house is fully air-conditioned and offers free high speed Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.

A beautiful white sand beach less than one minute's walk away and the centre of one of the most cosmopolitan town in Eastern Mediterranean less than 5 minutes' driving. Nevertheless, even though this property is in the centre of everything it is somewhat secluded and relatively quiet. Guests can visit Ayia Napa to enjoy a traditional fish meze or take a boat trip as well as to walk to Nissi Beach to enjoy one of the best beaches in the world and a cool cocktail.
