Within a leisurely stroll, you'll find yourself on the sandy shores of Parekklisia and Panagies beaches, as well as at the vibrant UpTown Square complex, brimming with excellent bars and restaurants. Convenience is at your fingertips with supermarkets and a pharmacy within walking distance. Perched on the top floor of the complex, the apartment boasts a charming layout featuring a separate bedroom with a cozy double bed, a welcoming lounge, a well-equipped kitchen, a veranda, and a convenient bathroom with a shower. On the veranda, you can bask in the sun or relax under the provided cover while taking in the mesmerizing views. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable sofa that doubles as a pull-out bed, accommodating up to four guests. Entertainment is guaranteed with a brand new 65-inch 4K TV at your disposal.
