During my recent stay at George's residence, I was fortunate enough to have him as my host. George's exceptional hospitality was apparent from the moment I arrived, and he made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The residence was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities that a traveler could require, even for an extended stay of a week or more. Furthermore, the location of the residence is conveniently situated near the city center, with a plethora of shops and restaurants in close proximity.

- Very large room with EN-SUITE BATHROOM for your exclusive use! - In-room flat screen TV & bluetooth stereo system - Brand new bed and brand new top of the range mattress - Fully renovated apartment in a quiet area & in the city centre! - Very close to Ledra street (old city) and all points of interest in town - Fully equipped shared kitchen with brand new appliances - Several restaurants, coffee shops & bars in close proximity - Supermarkets, kiosks & gyms within a three minute walk - Free parking The apartment has just been gone through a major renovation. It consists of very comfortable bedrooms, a large but cozy living room with an Italian corner sofa and a leather armchair, and also a fully equipped kitchen. Please note that I myself do not live here. As a result, the bedrooms of the apartment are being rented separately. Your room is equipped with a brand new queen size bed, a very comfortable (brand new as well) mattress and a beautiful armchair. A big wardrobe is also at your sole disposal. To ensure a comfortable night's sleep, the room can go completely dark by the press of a button that can fully lower the electrical shutters of the window.
I am an easy going person, in my late 30s, working for a computer software company. I grew up in Nicosia and I really like living in this city. I enjoy going out with friends, travelling and cooking. I love good music and I am into sports. I would be more than happy to help you make the most of your time in Cyprus! During your stay and upon your request, I can provide detailed transport information and also my recommendations for some of the local places and experiences not to be missed!
A lot of nice restaurants and take away outlets are within walking distance. The best sushi place in town is just next door. The sashimi mixed salad is a triumph and if you like this kind of food, then you must have it! A family owned yet large in size supermarket with very reasonable pricing is just a 3-minute walk away. The russian cultural centre is 150 to 200 meters away. A lot of theatrical plays and concerts take place here. There are also two well known gyms in the neighborhood (within a 3 and a 5 minute walking distance each), which apart from monthly memberships allow guest access on a daily basis. Getting around Several bus stops are within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. Nevertheless, all major city attractions and the busy Ledra street are also within walking distance, so most probably you will not be needing the bus. The KAPNOS Nicosia airport shuttle terminal (which connects the city to Larnaca International Airport) is a 5 minutes drive and those who do not mind walking a bit longer can cover the distance in 20 to 25 minutes.
