A delightful loft with elegant touches and period furniture. The apartment contains a spacious master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and black-out curtains. A second room with two single beds for children or extra guests. A charming, well-equipped kitchen with both an indoor and outdoor dining area for six. The large wooden table in the kitchen can be alternatively transformed into a pleasant working space. Other amenities include a free parking space, AC in all rooms, high-speed Wifi, a flat-screen TV with Netflix and a washing machine. Essentials like towels, bed linen and soap are provided as well. - Important information and house rules: The maximum occupancy is four guests. No large, loud gatherings or parties are allowed. Please inform me in advance if you plan to have any visitors. Smoking is allowed only outdoors by the terrace. Please make sure that you always lock the building's entrance door before leaving as well as when staying in.
The apartment is located in Kato Polemidia, a residential area which is an easy ten to fifteen minutes drive to Limassol's city centre or the beach. Kato Polemidia used to be a village which is now blended with the extended city of Limassol. You can find a few cute local tavernas and coffee shops, a bakery and a local supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables at walking distance. At a 20-minute walk or a 2-minute ride, you find a big shopping mall including Alphamega, IKEA, Jumbo and Starbucks.
