Maria Villa is nestled into the hillside in very beautiful and peaceful residential area just a short walk away from Pissouri Beach with its selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The well-tended property is bordered by an abundance of mature foliage, fruit trees and flowering shrubs offering the ideal setting for a private, relaxing holiday with family or friends. No need to travel very far as there is a crystal-clear swimming pool, a children's pool, tennis court, playground, bar and a small shop nearby. However, if you wish to, the Blue Flag beach of Pissouri Bay is only a few minutes' walk away. Maria Villa is situated between two quiet residential streets, so the access is made through the private patio at the street level but from the balcony one has overlooking views of the surroundings, including a glimpse of the sea. The patio is the ideal place for children to play safely and for adults to make their barbecue. The interior of the villa has a fully equipped open kitchen which continues with the dining area, the comfortably furnished lounge and opens up with a generous balcony. The night area has a simple layout with two bedrooms and a family bathroom in between.

Neighborhood info

The neighbourhood is a peaceful residential area situated at 10-minute walk from the Blue Flag beach of Pissouri Bay where there is a good selection of restaurants and shops. Why not come and join us at our restaurant (Perry's Restaurant) and have a lovely Cypriot home-cooked meal while listening to traditional music. We are here to look after you and make your holiday unique! A short drive will take you to the main road leading you to Paphos to the west and Limassol to the east in only 20 minutes. The large local supermarket, pharmacy and other services are also within quick access. Pissouri, with its central position, is the ideal spot from which one can explore the island. From here one can easily visit Aphrodite's Birthplace, Aphrodite’s Sanctuary, Paphos Archeological site with its unique Mosaics, The Tombs of the Kings (towards Paphos) or Kourion Archeological Site, Sanctuary of Apollo, Kolossi Castle, Amathous Archeological Site (towards Limassol). Driving towards Troodos mountains is also pleasant and rewarding when visiting villages like Omodos or making a tour of the famous Byzantine Monasteries.
