Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of, if not, the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our company's feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons for our company's success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right. No company however can be perfect, so we are always striving to make things better for our property owners.

This spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Ayia Napa. The beach and resort centre with an abundance of restaurants, shops and nightlife is just a 2 minute walk away.. The apartment is the perfect choice if you want to be close to all the amenities of the resort, without the need for transport. The apartment is spacious and features 2 bedrooms, one with double and one with single beds, sleeping 4 people in total. There is also a family bathroom with bath and an en-suite shower room. Inside, the apartment is well furnished with everything required for a comfortable stay including free WIFI and satellite TV. The open plan living area and dining areas seat 4 people and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances including fridge-freezer and a washing machine. A veranda leads off the living area and the bedrooms with tables and chairs for outside dining. Outside, you can make full use of the communal pool. There is also the option of breakfast or a meal (not included in the price – arranged on site) where you can dine at the well-established Napa Star.

A day at the award winning Waterworld Waterpark is a must for all visitors to the area, offering a day of fun for all ages. The popular Paliatso luna park is also a great way to spend an afternoon or evening and has a number of exhilarating rides including the adrenaline-boosting Slingshot and 150 ft Bunjee Jump. For those who prefer something more relaxing, go-karting, fairground rides and a big wheel are also available.
