PROPERTY INFORMATION Bright,upper floor apartment with amazing sea and pool view from huge veranda.The Complex Nissi 3 is ideally located opposite famous NISSI BEACH just 300 meters away, but in the middle of a quiet and well-kept Complex.If you like a quiet stay ,it is place for you and your family.Our apartment with one spacious bedroom,large bathroom,fully equipped kitchen,well-speed internet and internet TV.The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you might need during your stay:air-conditioning unitsin every room,refrigerator,stove,microwave oven,grill,coffee machine,toaster,kettle,kitchen utensils,washing machine,iron,hair-dryer,Smart TV with internet ,well-speed WiFi.We provide sets of bed sheets and bath towels ,beach towels, as well as all the necessary washing and cleaning supplies.Complementary water and beer upon your arrival!!Our private parking is available .The normal living capacity is 4 guests ,but could ,on request up to 5 (child).All the utilities included in price.For winter long stay booking (up to 28 days) during period 01/11-31\03 electricity and water not included in price and must be paid on spot.

Ayia Napa is famous primarily for its sandy beaches , our apartments are within walking distance of the most popular Nissi Beach(5 minutes walk) and family sandy beach Landa Beach (12 minutes walk). It is located in a quiet and well-kept Complex Nissi 3 ,offering a relaxing holiday. At the same time ,the Complex is within walking distance to restaurants,pubs,bars,shops ,supermarkets and nice bakery,which allows you to completely immerse yourself in the atmosphere of tourist Ayia Napa. Our apartment is provide private parking. Public bus Route 101 WaterPark-Ayia Napa(few stops in Ayia Napa)-Cape Greco-Konnos Bay (famous Konnos Beach)-Protaras (tourist area )-Pernera (tourist area)-Paralimni,route 102 Paralimni-Pernera-Protaras (fig Tree Bay) -Konnos Bay-Cape Greco-Ayia Napa-Water Park. Bus stop near our apartments is Nissi Bay -just 5 minutes walk. Services depart every 20 minutes and operate every day.
