Imagine Villa Rentals was established in the year 2010. The shareholders of the company are property developers and have sold and built over 600 holiday homes across the island since 2007. As we looked around to see who is going to manage these properties and who is going to rent these properties, we saw a huge gap in the rental market as the only companies that we could see offering these services were not what we were looking for. Today, Imagine Villa Rentals is one of if not the most successful short term rental provider in the Protaras and Ayia Napa region and is now branching out into Limassol, Central Paphos, Coral Bay and Polis. Our property prices are kept to a minimum by eliminating the fancy offices, call centres, company cars etc keeping our overheads down and keeping our companies feet firmly on the ground. So this is one of the many reasons of our companies success. 35% of our new business comes from repeat clients and recommendations which is a great indication that we are getting it right.

This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in a cul de sac in the heart of Pernera, just minutes walking distance to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. This villa is ideal for those looking for a peaceful holiday but still within easy reach of the resort. On the ground floor, you will find the open -plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a comfortable seating area with widescreen and Satelite TV and DVD player. The dining area has table and chairs to seat 6 persons and kitchen is fully equipped with all everyday appliances and also features a breakfast bar with seating for four persons. There is also a W/C on the ground floor Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and the main family bathroom. The master Bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds, widescreen TVs and fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has two single beds, widescreen TV and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom one and two share a balcony with sea views. The main bathroom has a bath tub, shower and W/C. Outside in the very spacious garden there is a barbecue, worktop with sink, outside seating area, shower, sun loungers and large private pool.

Neighborhood info

Pernera is a charming resort area which has grown in popularity over the past 10 years due to the development of a number of holiday villas and apartments. The resort is lively during the summer months and hosts a varied selection of restaurants, bars and shops, suitable for couples and families of all ages. A newly built seafront promenade connects Pernera to the neighbouring resort of Protaras and is an excellent way to view the rugged coastline and visit the numerous sandy beaches that both resorts offer. The promenade is lit up during the evenings and features a number of eateries and bars that can be enjoyed from morning until late evening. Daily boat trips are available at different points along the Pernera and Protaras coastline, which give a great view of the fabulous coastline and a pass from the outskirts of the abandoned ghost town of Famagusta, which is located to the north of the area. Popular beaches in Pernera include Kalamies Beach, Pernera Beach and Marlita Beach, all of which are ideal for swimming and offer a selection of fun watersports.
