We were 10 guests and had a lot of space including different spots for each one separately. Additionally, we had immediate and very helpful response of the responsible person on behalf of the property owner every time needed. The house was equipped with all we needed and above. The pool was always kept maintained.

Villa Xenios Dias is a detached vacation rental property located in Argaka, Paphos District. Villa Xenios Dias can sleep up to 12 people (10 adults and 2 children) with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. A lounge, kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with en suite are all located on the ground level. The first floor has four bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
