Everything. Excellent staff, helpful and nice all the time. The room was very spacious and clean. Good food.
The staff was great, the receptionist made us feel welcome from the time we arrived there until we left, even tried a few words in Portuguese. The breakfast room was really nice, cozy, breakfast had enough choices of food. The room itself was spacious, the bathroom was really nicely decorated with new tiles and very clean. Short Walking distance to tram and tube station.
Not far from metro and big shopping mall Better than expected breakfast Nice staff
Our room didn't have a balcony so other rooms are probably nicer The main reason why I wouldn't recommend this hotel was being woken up and annoyed few other times by staff smoking right below our window. Not great for a non smoking hotel especially when travelling with a small baby. Couldn't close the top part of the window. Otherwise a good experience
Everything was excellent. Staff was great. Balcony very nice - top floor on our side of hotel. Room was very spacious and clean. Beautiful furniture and feeling was just great. Very nice to spend time there. Entire hotel was beautiful, breakfast room very nice and food as well. All in all, 4 to 5 stars from me.
WiFi was not so good as I remember, but working. Probably fine for browsing, but YouTube didn't work so nice.
Size of room with balcony.
1st room I checked into didn't have balcony and had constant banging of outside hall doors and motion lights going on and off.
-The room was spacious and clean -Has all the facilities required -easy to find a free parking spot -near public transportation
-no English black tea in the room or at breakfast -The brewer nearby is smelly during working hours but can be avoided by having a room at the back of the hotel and avoid being in the area during daytime-which is the case for any visitor to prague- -breakfast can be more diversified -not near to city center -about 10 minutes by car
staff - the ladies were very kind, I asked them to change the room, it was too hot on one side (it was >30C that day). Our bed was very comfortable and big! Windows to the garden - beautiful... Very clean indeed. Very good price and not bad location as you can reach Andel metro within 5 min max.
The primary room we were supposed to stay in - windows to pivovar/street, quite ugly view and hot if days are sunny. The rest - ok, I believe all rooms are nice. The area is quite ugly, lots of homeless, gypsies and drunks at the central station which is very close to the hotel. Not the hotel's fault though.
Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast
Noise and party all night and personel did nothing Wifi as good as non existent
perfect connection to the Tram and just 10 minutes walk the to Metro
the attic balcony cleanliness peace and quiet breakfast, basic but selectively good close to Andei metro and shopping mall easily accessible by tram which is frequent and relatively short ride to Charles Bridge and Petrin and Castle area
smell of beer from nearby brewery main entrance door is locked at all times and have to be opened by reception staff who may not be around sometimes a bit far from busy tourist area but still ok given metro and tram stops closeby
Very comfortable room, hotel was spotless and the staff were very helpful, not to far to walk to centre of Prague, would recommend this hotel to friends and stay there again.
Feels like Ikea and feels like you are on a cruise ship (the bathroom is elevated and not leveled with the bedroom)
Easy to arrange and book the room, breakfast was tasty and sufficient.
Very helpful staff and good location.
Staff was friendly!!! Breakfast was ok!!! Walking distance to metro and tram. Parking possible in front of the hotel free of charge, but not recommended by the staff. So, parking available for 10 e not far from the hotel!!! We came with a baby six months old and the baby bad was waiting for us in the room!!! Would come back again to the same hotel when in Prague..... ;-)
Towels were to old and some of them even mended!!! When window opened you can smell the staropramen brewery very well, but we spent most of our time outside!!!
Very clean and spatious rooms with a great bathroom. There is a kettle with tea in the room. I really enjoyed the stay in this hotel. I had a nice terrace with a couryard view. The breakfast was basic but quite good quality - sausages, fried eggs, yogourts, veggies, fruits, chees, salami, ham, cereals & cakes.
The breakfast could be improved a bit - dark bread. The coffee machine was not very good. It tastes like powder coffee. The internet was sometimes a bit slow.
Good location, metro is 5 minutes walk, two stations to thr city center. Good breakfast and very quiet
Friendly and talkative staff, location, super breakfast, free parking possibility.
pillows are very thin and non natural fiber; possibly acrylic.
Hotel is in very good shape, nice staff. I would go back there again.
Looks better inside then outside. Looking at the hotel my first thought was, Jesus Crist, where am I? But steeping in it is a very good hotel. No restaurant, just for breakfast but there are good places around, For example, Staroprmen brewery's restaurant.
Have stayed here several times and although the hotel is off the beaten track I would recommend it to anyone who knows there way around Prague. Tram stop is at the end of the street . Hotel is always spotless and staff are very helpful
Nothing to dislike except for the very slow toaster at breakfast
The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was very spacious.
Close to Andel metro station, good breakfast (for few days), elevator
One could hear everything going on on the corridors (when someone closed the room door two stories down we could hear it), nice room but little neglected (very dusty, no proper light in the bathroom), very bad coffee for breakfast
Location is exellent, just next to tram stop, and very close to metro. Hotel is realy cozy and calm and staff is so friendly. We felt ourself like we were at home.
