Excellent spacious apartment. 10 min walk to the main square with shops and 15 min walk the train station with frequent trains to Prague. Breakfasts were spot on! Hosts were pleasant and made us feel very welcome. Definitely recommend!

We offer apartment for rent on the first floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau building in the historic center of Roudnice. The apartment is larger than the usual nearby accommodation. There is a bedroom with double bed, living room with double bed - sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom + toilet, balcony and loggia. Total 100m2. Possibility of extra bed and cot upon agreement. Accommodation is without animals. Accommodation is with a touch of nostalgia, the house is from 1905, and at the same time full comfort of today is at your disposal. Sitting on the balcony or through the gallery with a view of the garden offers relaxation or romantic evenings. The windows of the bedroom and the whole apartment are oriented to the south into the garden, so in the morning you will wake up the sun and the singing of the birds, which are countless here. The house has space for parking your bikes. If you arrive by car, we have 3 free bicycles for you: women, men and boys, where you can ride around Roudnice, ideally along the Labe River.
The house was built by a great-grandfather of the current owner, so he has been a family residence for more than 100 years.
200 meters from the house there is an observation tower with a view of the town and the Czech Central Mountains. We can recommend a walk along the river Elbe, the bike path is suitable for in-line, you can walk to the marina, where you can find refreshments, sitting and the possibility of renting boats and pedal boats. In the vicinity you can visit: Říp mountain surrounded by myths about forefather Čech, castle in Libochovice and Ploskovice, mountains Lovoš, Radobýl, Milešovka, castle Hazmburk near Libochovice, town Litoměřice, Mělník and Terezín, where you will find not only fortress with exposition about time II. World War II, but also the Museum of Franz Joseph I, documenting the time of Maria Theresa. On foot, or on bikes, an ostrich farm in the village of Židovice is reachable. In Roudnice you can visit the Lobkowicz Castle, the Karl Rozum Museum, the Modern Art Gallery.
