Got free upgrade from triple room to suite. Lots of space in rooms . Very close to the city center. Expensive parking. Old building with rickety floors. Bathroom had folding door that could not close. |

We loved the staff, they were very attentive and willing to assist us as best they could. The food prepared at the hotel restaurant, La Boca was excellent and would recommend it to others. If you are a spanish speaking person this restaurant will suit you best. The waitresses spoke spanish and were very nice. The hotel was close to all the city sites and shopping. Although parking was limited, the staff recommended a guarded underground parking garage that was safe and within walking distance to the hotel. |

Excellent value, food was very good and the restaurant was atmospheric Unfortunately, my wife had an accident in the hotel slipping when stepping out of the shower, and when requested the first aid kit held near reception was poorly stocked and was of no use to us. The receptionist was efficient in ordering a taxi to take us to the hospital. |

The location in the city was excellent, and the staff was very nice and friendly. The room was very big and not very "cosy", and it was rather cold. |

The location is excellent. The hotel itself has a lot of character, the deco is very nice, the restaurant has a great atmosphere, breakfasts were very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an apartment which had 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. |

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, the location very good as it was walking distance from all the sites. Nice to arrive late and find a tapas bar/restaurant in the hotel still open. would have liked the tea and coffee and milk replenished in the room. |

Our room was on the 5th floor. Spacious 2 bedrooms, 4 doublebeds and quite new bathroom. Otherwise room looked a bit old, but it was clean. Breakfast was plentiful, staff friendly and location excellent. The elevator went only to the 4th floor, so with large luggages it could be a bit difficult to get up those narrow stairs. We had only backpacks. Curtains were poor and broken. It was difficult to sleep after the sunrise. |

Wi-fi in room. Friendly staff; helpful. Excellent location for sight- seeing and convenient to metro and trams. The restaurant was good. Quiet street. Terribly hard mattress! Felt bruised after trying to sleep on it. Would have preferred a top sheet and blanket instead of individual sleeping- bag thingys. No clock, and there would have been a charge for local calls -- thank goodness we had Skype. So, not such a "good value" for $150/night. |

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The rooms are more than adequate for a city break. Breakfast was included in the price and offered a good variety of food to start the day. We ate dinner one night of our stay. All 7 of us enjoyed the food which was well cooked, pesented and competetively priced. I would stay here again. |

We loved the indoor restaurant, the food was fantastic and excellent value for money. The open air outdoor restaurant was a really nice feature and the location of the hotel was really good. Everything was a short walk away and the people working in the hotal were very helpful and polite. I liked everything about the hotel. I thought the decor of our room (26) could have been more modern but it stayed with the authentic feel of the hotal and didn't affect my opinion of the hotel in any way. |

Excellent location - restaurant very good. Taxi to airport very helpful and convenient. Room on the street was very noisy - since there was no air-conditioning and had to keep the windows open. |

We made a twin booking and we were allocated 2 bedrooms in a unit which was fantastic..We appreciated the dining table ,fridge and coffee facilities in room. The space in unit was great.Enjoyed breakfast facilities and food. The decor of the hotel was greatly enjoyed.Extremely convenient location.Staff helpful and friendly. Can't wait to revisit. We would have liked a more organized and secure luggage holding system for baggage after booking out for safty and security reasons. |

breakfast was fabulous catering for all tastes. Location really good 5 mins walk from old town square. Staff very helpful & friendly. Evening meal in restaurant really good food and good price. No air conditioning - only a problem if weather is really hot as there are windows that open wide in the rooms. |
