Big room, quiet location, great food, rooms are being upgraded at present - we were happy as it was. Free, easy to access, WIFI Reasonably priced mini-bar also very handy for the Palladium shopping centre which has a supermarket on the lowest floor and loads of restaurants on the top level.

The hotel should provide a clearer map of the hotel location online. Because the name of the street is hard to see when u came out from palladium or metro. For my advice, just go to the street next to the palladium (H&M) on the left side and go straight. The hotel will be on the right.

The location is pretty convenient with a local market, supermarket and the Metro is nearby.

The staff at the hotel reception is impatient and not as friendly as those we have met at Amsterdam and Budapest.

Friendly and accessible

Salvator Hotel, also has a new apartments building, that is approx located 2 minutes walk from the main hotel, called Salvator Superior Apartments. Originally, I booked a regular double room, but they upgraded me to a Superior suite. I had the pleasure of being a guest there twice in two weeks. The first time, was with my sister for 5 days. Second time, for two days on my own, a week later. It is probably, The most comfortable Apartment/Hotel, I have ever stayed in. Location was phenomenal, Service was immaculate and just outstanding. The Apartment was spacey, convenient, clean and fully furnished (It even had a washing machine and Dish washer), Full kitchen (refrigerator, oven, hob, etc) a living room and a bedroom. Everything was brand new and spotless. Shower and toilet clean and cozy. Full free Wi-Fi. My flight back was cancelled, and the staff made huge efforts to extend my staying, even though, it was fully booked. It really made my vacation in Prague a memorable one. Highly recommended!

The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was a wonderful convenience that an airport transfer was available (at a reasonable cost) and reliable. I loved the colorful decor throughout the common areas and the rooms are larger than expected, even for a single occupant. We took the City Tour offered at a discount and found it very enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet in the morning for only 7 Euros was awesome! We were able to fill up on bread, cheese, fruit and coffee before heading out to sight see all day. The location was a 10 out of 10! It was just blocks for the city center and the bar/restaurant scene YET far enough away and on a side street that it was extremely quiet. The room was huge! Clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler from budget-conscious backpacker to a family seeking more luxurious accommodations.

The hotel is located in an ideal location near the Powder Tower, we could easily walk to everything we wanted to see. We were 'upgraded' to a 2-room suite in their new annex just round the corner and this was excellent with quality fittings throughout including a fully-fitted new kitchen area and washing machine. Very spacious and very quiet with WiFi access, excellent value for money!. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The buffet breakfast was very good indeed and taken in the main hotel, just 3 minutes walk from the annex. We wouldn't go anywhere else on a repeat visit to this beautiful city.

I liked that the apartament has total commodity to cook, to wash and dry clothes and it is so near the old city.

Excellent location in the city. Walking distance to sites, shopping, and eating. Breakfast was excellent. La Boca, the hotel's restaurant, was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. They got us a car to and from the airport and it was very inexpensive. I would definitely recommend for families. Our room was huge and comfortable. Will definitely recommend hotel and come back to this hotel when we return to Prague.

Very charming and old world. Great location! We were able to see all of old town Prague on foot. Close to giant shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Friendly staff spoke English quite well.

Parking was off site.
