The staff was very kind. Breakfast was excellent. In lobby bar they know how to make a real short italian coffe. I missed the possibility to open the windows (they were blocked for the security reasons), so there was a lack of fresh air in the room. |

The breakfast was very good and the location was fantastic. I booked a Superior Double Room, however, I got 2 single beds on wheels which was very uncomfortable. |

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, the staff was courteos and very prompt in catering to our requests. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very appealing and offered a large variety of foods.Location was excellent, very close to Wenceslaw's square and old town. Definately a plus! Everything was perfect. |

This is a very good hotel at an incredible good price.Wwe were given a very large room that looked almost like a suite wirth windows facing the street, but with very good sound isolation. The gym/ fitness center was adequate and very clean. Breakfast (included in the price) was great, and the bar-restaurant in the premises quite good. Although the hotel is not within the tourist section of Prague , it is within a confortable walking distance, and only two blocks from Vaclav Square. The only minor problem I found is that there is not Wi-Fi in the room but only cable internet connection. This is not really a problem if you only bring one laptop. We had two and could only connect one at a time. As I said, only a minor inconvenience. |

Very nice decor etc There was no English channels on the TV in the bedroom - just one CNN which is just for news etc. I should have ordered a double room but we got twin room instead but that was my fault really. Breakfast was ok but a little limited compared to other hotels. |

Very accessable to the metro and close to the centre. Some of the reviews stated that it was in a a "red light" area this we found to be an exaggeration and not to be true. We did not feel uncomfortable with regard to its location. |

The hotel is in a great location (about 5 mins walk to wenslas square), and had a nice comfortable king size bed. American style buffet breakfast leaves alot to be desired, & lack of coffee/tea making facilities. |
