Boutique Hotel Seven Days  

The room was lovely with privacy and a oomplete oasis amid the hectic life of the city. The walk outside in the evening in Wenesceles Square was a bit scary. There was a lot of police action and people trying to sell prostitutes and drugs, guys running from the police etc. We had stayed earlier on our trip near the Charles Bridge and experience none of this. It spoiled an otherwise lovely trip.

My girlfriend and I had a fantastic time at the hotel. It is absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is second to none and the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely go back again.

Only the location

Definitely that was not the kind of service that I would expect form a Hotel like this. Some mistakes on the bill that include a lot a expenses that was on the special offer and the jacuzzi was broken. But the worst part of the service, was o check in they told me that have a special room for us that was an upgrade from ours reservation, and we agree to change, of course. But…the room have no Windows only on the roof and, the tv doent work ok…. I make a complaint and they change the room, but only on the next day, because the true reason of that “upgrade” was that they don’t respect my reservation..

Excellent check in service, we arrived late due to delay in flight. Bar served v nice food on an evening didn't try it during the day. Breakfast cater for everyone - so much choice. Beds comfy with crisp linen - excellent.

We had top floor room so no view due to sky light window - would liked to have been advised as wouldnt have picked this hotel had we known. Also until the staff turned up the air flow in the room the bathroom had a strong smell of "cigarrette" smoke - the staff assured us that it was the plumbing - not pleasant all the same.

Upon arriving late at night, we were warmly received by the desk clerk. A taxi from the airport had been arranged which was greatfully appreciated. Our junior - suite was large, clean and beautifully appointed. In the morning, we had to check to see if we were in the junior suite! We would highly recommend the junior-suite. The breakfast had many choices of hot and cold foods. Dinner in the bar was good. We stayed for four days and the hotel was always sparkling clean. We enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to Wenselas Square. In spite of it being at a busy location, there was little road noise in our room. We would return if in Prague again.

Good room size; excellent breakfast; polite staff; good location

The staff are honest. I left my handbag in the breakfast area and returned to look for it half and hour later. The waitress found my handbag on the chair and promptly gave it to the manager at the reception who kept it for me. Everything in the bag was not touched including a substantial amount of cash. I am very grateful to the hotel staff for their honesty and that certainly did make my stay in the hotel a good experience.

I think the housekeeping did not change the bed sheets and blanket covers for the 2 extra beds during our 4 nights stay but only straightened and folded them. Would be good to have fresh bed sheets and blanket covers.

Pretty much everything was great. I have absolutely no complaints.

Very clean, Friendly and helpful staff. Big beds were comfortable and very relaxing. Breakfast sufficient and varied...

Maybe the cost of the Spa options for two people?

A great hotel v comf and spacious. Great breakfast if u love b/fast. Friendly professional multi-lingual staff.

A bit further from old town than I thought but all considered would go there again. But nought to moan about!

We arrived very late but despite this we received an excellent welcome and were even upgraded to the best room in the hotel. The suite looked fantastic and the bed was very comfortable indeed. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Prague.

The only negative is that there were a number of "red light" district type of facilities in the near vicinity which may not be to everyone's taste.

This hotel is good value, service is good, rooms are clean and well appointed. The location is on the edge of the tourist area, but is close enough to be good value for money.

It's on a busy road and in a red-light district.
