This holiday villa with 4 bedrooms is ideal for 8 people + 2 babies (t / m 3 years), it consists of 2 floors and it covers a total surface area of 200 m2. The layout of the villa is as follows: on the ground floor there is a spacious hall with a separate toilet, a bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a 2-persons bed, bedside tables, a cot, a chair and a wardrobe. The other bedroom (accessible from bedroom 1) has a double bed, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe and a TV with satellite connection. The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage space and a mirror. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, a storage closet and a cozy dining area for 8 people. The comfortable living room has a luxury sofa and armchair, coffee table, SMART TV with satellite connection. The dining area includes a table with 6 chairs and an even warmer atmosphere is ensured by a wood burning stove. The property is not suitable for wild parties and loud music reproduction! Inside the house we use house shoes.

Your accommodation - a spacious and comfortable villa - really has everything you need for a successful holiday. You have a spacious, well maintained and fenced garden (500 m2) with a pool (4.5 m) with deck chairs, two covered and furnished terraces, one with barbecue, a trampoline, a spacious car park and a garage. You can also make free use of bicycles that the owner has to offer. The town itself has all the necessary facilities, including a restaurant, a shop, a post office and an ATM. The whole area is an excellent starting point for visiting many tourist destinations and offers varied opportunities for walking and cycling. During your walk or bike ride you can admire the beautiful, clean nature and picturesque scenery, enjoy the peace and relax. The scenic foothills of the Sumava Mountains have many beautiful mixed forests and ponds. Given the strategic location of this house, you can take cultural trips to famous cities such as Ceske Budejovice a Cesk
