Its position. The reception staff were dishonest. Although booked a de-luxe room, we were put into a standard apartment and only after a long argument were we finally given the room we booked and paid for. We were promised a price reduction by one receptionist for the night we spent in the standard accommodation but the next receptionist refused to honor it. |

The staff and the location It was very tired looking and could do with refurbishment. I do not think the photo's were a true reflection of what the hotel actually looks like, (it is a bit shabby!). |

Location The room we were allocated was very small and the furniture was old and battered (not antique as in the description) it was impossible to sleep early morning because of noisy deliveries just below our room there were silver fish in the bathroom, the kettle was filthy, and to cap it all on the day of departure they tried to charge us for a phonecall to Australia that had definately not been made. |

Very friendly staff always ready to help and advise ontrips, book tickets etc.. Very good breakfast selection, tea and coffee in room, internet acess free in lobby. Very close to areas you would want to visit in Prague - castle, Charles bridge etc. No, everything was fine. |

Locality of hotel suited to easy access to local sites. Breakfast was good, but a bit cramped in the cellar of hotel. Room was booked and stated in the booking that a Sphere card would made available with the room on arrival. This was not made available when I asked at reception for a Sphere card. I did not get any feed back from the hoel Rep.. This was described online whilst booking the room and clinched the deal to go with Booking.Com. This should not be used in the room description on line. |

Perfect position for exploring the older sections of Prague. Whilst it wasn't a problem it would have been nice to know that the hotel was using a selection of rooms in the vicinity and wasn't a single building. |

Very typical decoration although not very well kept -hole in blanket. Good breakfast with clean crookery and home made products No comfort for reduced mobility guests: no lifts, lots of stairs. No parking avaible even though the website said there was at a rate of 12 EUR -we were directed to an external square where we were asked to pay 36 EUR and not even a proper ticket was issued and there was no barrier. The staff were extremely unhelpful and their attittude was very agressive. |

There was a beautiful old room, I felt that the atmosphere in the room was like stay with my grandmother... tv was only one ugly and not indispensable equipment in this stylish room. |

Central location, but on quite back street. Easy strole to main foot bridge. Our party had rooms in the basement and the penthouse suite. They all look like some very old people used to live in them, and that have died recently, but the hotelier has only just remembered to change the sheets. My room was effectively in a cellar next to the bins, which could have done with some forced ventilation. Although free of damp, it was impossible to get stuff dry, without heavy use of the hairdryer. A small courtyard outside the room would have made an Ideal parking location for our motorcycles, but we were told that the mixed private and hotel accomodation made it impossible to unlock the door. |

Dat het hotel echt midden in de stad ligt. We hebben alles lopend kunnen doen. Iedere morgen vroeg wakker door allerlei leveranciers, die met een hoop kabaal spullen komen lossen. Toilet was erg laag. |
