Property info

Cozy apartment in the heart of downtown Leipzig with balcony! With a pre-installed Netflixaccount you have the opportunity to enjoy your favorite series to the fullest after a long day. The location offers the opportunity to explore the city center and its numerous historic sites, without transportation. Also a visit to the fair is possible thanks to S-Bahn (3min walk away) at the market. You can not hear the Thomaskirche with closed windows.

Neighborhood info

The Café Kandler with the "Leipziger Lerchen" is a real recommendation just like a visit to the J. S. Bach Museum, Museum of Fine Arts or Central Kabarett. Everything is within walking distance. For those interested, flyers for current events are in the apartment. The short way from the main station (about 10min walk) offers the opportunity for a little shopping on the way to the studio. There is also an S-Bahn station directly at the market, in addition various stops for streetcars (Neues Rathaus, Goerdelerring, Wilhelm Leuschner Platz, Augustusplatz) all max 8 minutes walk away. Within the city it is very pleasant and manageable on foot, but if you want to go to one of the many lakes, parks or other parts of the city, it makes sense to use public transport. Some parks, such as Johannapark and Clara Zetkin Park, are nevertheless very easy to reach on foot (10min) and definitely worth a visit.
