Great communication from the owner, clear instructions how to reach the apartment and collect the keys. The apartment is in a nice quarter with lots of restaurants and shops. Metro station and grocery store is reachable within 5-7 minutes of walk. We spent 4 nights with little kids there and we had a great time in Berlin. Very close to the Berliner ZOO (12min by bus), which is a must in Berlin :)
