Der direkte Zugang zum Waldweg am Flussufer sorgt für erholsame Tage. Durch große Panoramafenster im gesamten Wohnbereich kannst du Deinen Blick vom Bett aus in den Wald schweifen lassen und entspannen. Der ausziehbare Esstisch im Wohnbereich ist optimal für Arbeiten am Laptop geeignet, sodass du auch ggf. deinen Job mit Leipziger Urlaubsfeeling kombinieren kannst. Zudem gibt es eine gute Anbindung zur Innenstadt. * 10 Minuten im Bar- und Szeneviertel Connewitz * 30 Minuten. mit der Straßenbahn ins Zentrum * 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt * 30 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn am Cospudener Badesee! (Oder via Waldspaziergang in 50 Minuten) Wir wünschen Dir einen wunder_vollen Aufenthalt!

Wer die Natur liebt: - sollte auf jeden Fall einen Ausflug in den WILDPARK" unternehmen. Hier gibt es großzügige Freigehege für Wildschweine, Elche, Rehe & Co. - sich ein Boot ausleihen beim "Bootsverleih Am Wildpark" und die Flüsse erkunden. TIPP: Der Floßgraben führt direkt zum Cospudener Badesee!!! Ausgehen: Im "Conne Island" gleich in der Nähe- gibt es oft alternative & kulturelle Konzerte als auch ein kleines Café mitten im Wäldchen. Das "Café Puschkin" ist ein bunter trubelig- schöner Ort um einen entspannten Abend im bekannten Leipziger Szeneviertel - Südvorstadt- zu genießen
