Relax on our comfortable bed, cook a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or have a coffee from the built-in coffee machine. With easy access to the city, this is the perfect place to experience the excitement and luxury of a private retreat. The following highlights await you: - fully air-conditioned studio in the city center - the air conditioner can provide the comfort of cooling in the summer and heat efficiently in the transitional period (cooling configured to 24°C/75°F on hot summer days, heated to 22°C/72°F during winter) - secured parking with dedicated parking space for free - fully equipped kitchen with Miele built-in coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer combination; as well as kettle and toaster - fully equipped, seamless bathroom with real wood parquet flooring and aluminum composite panels as wall coverings, electric underfloor heating, electric design towel radiator, floor-level rain shower, concealed fittings for shower and washbasin, an illuminated niche in the shower for the provided utensils (shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner) - Miele washer-dryer cost-free at your disposal in the bathroom (washing and drying in one go!) - large living room with adjoining balcony and a bed width of 1.80m, large 2.40m*2.20m duvet, large 80cm*80cm pillows, and special ergonomic pillows for the ideal sleeping experience; there is also a cupboard and an armchair for your individual use - living room dining table, which can be used as a home office during your stay - 55-inch TV with Netflix & waipu TV

Enjoy! :-) The top 3 things to do in Zwickau are (in my opinion): - August Horch Museum & Trabant Museum - Priesterhäuser - Robert-Schumann-Haus Right next to the building is the cinema "Filmpalast Astoria" and the best bakery in town "Flechsig Bäck" :-) Public transport is around 50 m distant, the stop is called "Georgenplatz" Buses and trams stop here.
