Its location close to the Munster is its best feature. Breakfast was good but a bit on the expensive side. We had expected an in-room safe from that class of hotel. Gluten free options were limited.

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! Hotel is in a great location close to the old town and within an easy drive of the beautiful Black forest. Used food plates left outside rooms by customers were left uncollected for a long time.

Great location around the corner from freiburg's altstadt and the Muenster. Located almost directly at the base of the schlossberg, a great diversion for anyone visiting freiburg, even briefly. This hotel was perfect for our one night stay on the way to the Alps. Exterior of the building is simply utilitarian, but the hotel is very comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location. It had a modern flair to it as well. The rooms had air conditioning which was wonderful for an August visit. The breakfast was not included and was pricey but a great bakery was just around the corner.

It was convenient to the old town area of Frieburg and clean and the people there were very helpful. Nothing bad, except to tell us folks the a/c isn't like we are used to in the usa.
