your staff at the hotel reception on night shift a gentleman was excellent we dont know his name it was on 25th may late night shift please reward him for his efficiency knowledge and behaviour he was most polite and eager to help your lady staff very young in the evening shift was very very rude and didnot want to help us she is unfit for front desk duty in a hospitality industry |

The hotel was very comfortable and the room facilities were very good. The location of the hotel is excellent and I had a stunning view from my room. The staff were very helpful. While the breakfast was very good, the price of 15 euros is excessive. |

Very easy access to Freiburg city centre. Rooms very clean and staff helpful. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and good value for money. |

Location was convenient for the old town part of freiburg, and the room was very clean and efficiently attended to by staff. There was no way to make a drink in the room and nothing very welcoming about the place. We were even billed for a small bag of peanuts that were in the room that we took to be complimentary. Glad I didn't use the shampoo! Fine place for an overnight on a business trip maybe. |

The facilities in the room were all good. The mattress was comfortable, and the bedding was good cotton. The lack of any coffee making facilities in the room. The towels for use after a shower could have been larger. |

Room was clean, modern and well eqipped. Bar staff were friendly and helpful, as were the receptionists Absence of menus and listed prices caused us to avoid the restaurant. Similarly, the breakfasts were too expensive for all but the business traveller on expenses paid by others. |
