i like the design of the rooms, how comfortable they were with everything i needed, a writing desk, an armchair with a foot rest, a comfortable bed, full-sized bathtub i didn't like breakfast not to be included in the price. the extra charge of 15 euros seemed high in a city where a cup of milk coffee and a good sized bowl of musli with yughurt and fruit costs 5.50 euro |

Exploring the old town area of Freiburg, including the Munster Cathedral and the Town Hall. Also I spent a lovely day exploring the wooded Schlossberg hill to the east of Freiburg, with the viewing tower on top. We also took the cable car from the city park to the restaurant up the hill for a lovely meal. Larger area needed on ground floor reception area to meet friends/relations. |

The location is perfect, just a few steps from everything, the access from the parking directly to the hotel elevator is a pro. 15 euros for breakfast is a bit too much |

It is located in the city centre and so it is very easy to get everything u want, and i could do quick shopping even I was running out of time. And it just takes around 8-10 mins walks to Central Station. The bathroom is quite large and with a bath tub. Also the staffs are fairly helpful. The access of internet in hotel room is a bit expensive. (But it is free in the lobby) |

We really liked the hotel; enjoyed a short walk to the Muenster and Rathaus; as well as our view over the Schwarzwald. The staff was very helpful, and even search some data for us online (thank you!). The breakfast was excellent, and was included in the hotel rate. one of the best hotels on our Europe trip. |

We liked the location as it was right in the city center and was a fabulous price at 80 euros a night. Clean rooms, nice staff and parking was directly under the hotel which is easier. price of breakfast was way too high at 15 euros a person |

your staff at the hotel reception on night shift a gentleman was excellent we dont know his name it was on 25th may late night shift please reward him for his efficiency knowledge and behaviour he was most polite and eager to help your lady staff very young in the evening shift was very very rude and didnot want to help us she is unfit for front desk duty in a hospitality industry |

The hotel was very comfortable and the room facilities were very good. The location of the hotel is excellent and I had a stunning view from my room. The staff were very helpful. While the breakfast was very good, the price of 15 euros is excessive. |

Very easy access to Freiburg city centre. Rooms very clean and staff helpful. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and good value for money. |

Location was convenient for the old town part of freiburg, and the room was very clean and efficiently attended to by staff. There was no way to make a drink in the room and nothing very welcoming about the place. We were even billed for a small bag of peanuts that were in the room that we took to be complimentary. Glad I didn't use the shampoo! Fine place for an overnight on a business trip maybe. |
