MINITEL is a brand new nice and big official guest-apartment divided in 3 different studio / rooms which have a private bathroom each ( one in the corridor), 2 private kitchens for two of them, and a big balcony for one of them. The place is legal and not a subleting flat. It has Just opened in June 2016 after full renovation ! The whole space is 135 m2, Bedroom 1: 35 m2 with own balcony. Private bathroom is located in the corridor just in front of the room. No proper kitchen is available in this room, but there are some tea/coffee facilities (boiler etc). This room has a king size bed and another single box spring bed. Bedroom 2: 25 m2 with a queen size box spring bed + a single bed, a kitchen corner including an induction cooktop, boiler, sink and other facilities. Bedroom 3: 45 m2 with private bathroom and kitchen with induction cooktop, boiler, sink and other facilities. It has 5 single box spring beds which can also be joined for couples if needed.
You are located in Neukölln near the Metro station U8 Boddinstrasse or LeineStrasse. Very close to Tempelhof Aiport Park, lots of bars and restaurants, supermarkets as well as transport connections. Kottbusser Tor and its amazing turkish market is only 3 stations away. You are 3 minutes walking from the unique Tempelhof Aiport Park, and actually right in the middle of the best nightlife area. Getting to AlexanderPlatz: Direct metro U8 at Boddinstrasse: 12 min. Getting to Kurfürsterdamm: Metro U8 at Boddinstrasse, get off at Kottbusser Tor and take the U1 to Uhlandstrasse: 25 min.
