The apartment is completely new constructed. This is single room apartment equipped with WC and shower, Refrigerator, Electric stove, desk and bed, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery .... It is located in Loßnitzstraße 18, just 4 minutes far from Neustadt main train station. Lidl supermarket is available (in Main train station) . The apartment is equipped with floor heating. Due to the new construction, the internet will be available from 28.06.2023.
