Diee Wohnung hat einen separaten Zugang über die Außenwendeltreppe. Morgens fiel beim Frühstück die Sonne ins Wohnzimmer und den Küchenbereich. Durch die große Giebelverglasung ist die Wohnung sehr hell und freundlich. Das Bad und der Flur haben viele Verstaumöglichkeiten, obwohl wir das für die kurze Zeit nicht brauchten.
