When we arrived in Munich by train, it was raining. We were lucky that the hotel is located right across the street from the station. The check-in process was quick, and the girl at the reception was very attentive and even helped us to choose a good authentic restaurant in the city. When we entered the room, we were greeted with a nice compliment from hotel, my favorite dessert macarons (I don't know how they guessed, but they hit the bullseye. I love chocolate and pistachio macarons specifically😄) and a personalized note with good wishes. Attention to these details always pleases. Everything is clean and comfortable. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is within walking distance of the main attractions in the Old Town. There are decent restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back here and recommend it to everyone.

Great location. Very close to a subway and 2 stops from the Central train station. 4 stops to the old town. Number of restaurants around and also a supermarket just next to the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and provided assistance when our trains were cancelled. Good choices for breakfast. Kettle in the room with tea and coffee.
