Property info

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a residential building with a direct access to the street. It covers a total of about 90 m2. Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds (115x200 cm) each, which can be made into double beds on request. In the living room there are two sofa beds (110x200cm). A 7th sleeping accommodation can be provided on request. The kitchen is small, but nicely integrated into the spacious dining area. It is not designed forbig cooking sessions, but has everything you need in everyday life: coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator, a small oven, 2 hotplates and a microwave, and of course cutlery and crockery for 6 people. In addition, there are some ingredients such as spices, oils, vinegar, salt and sugar, as well as tea and coffee. Please note that there is only one very small bathroom. The loft has already delighted many guests. However, if a large bathroom is important to you, this may not be the perfect accommodation for you. Nevertheless, the bathroom is nicely decorated and well-equipped: a hairdryer and complimentary hygiene and cosmetic products are laid out. The shower has a rain shower head.

Neighborhood info

Kreuzkoelln is one of the most popular and hippest areas of Berlin. It is characterized by numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and clubs. With a few minutes walk you can find the huge park 'Hasenheide', and the 'Landwehrkanal'. You also have it not far to numerous Berlin clubs. In Karstadt on the opposite side of the street you can do excellent shopping. Edeka and Aldi, DM and 2 pharmacies are also within 3 minutes walking distance. Directly in front of the door you will find the station 'Hermannplatz'. There you will find connections to: The U8 (goes e.g. to 'Alexanderplatz') and U7 Bus M29, Bus M41, Bus 171 and Bus 194 FROM THE MAIN STATION: Direct connection with bus M41 (approx. 40 min). BER AIRPORT: Direct connection with bus 171 (approx. 1 hr.) Fastest connection with bus X7 to 'Rudow', then change to U7 to 'Hermannplatz' (direction 'Rathaus Spandau') BIKE RENTAL I recommend 'Glücksvelo' at Pannierstraße 53a (approx. 10. min walk)
