Our 45sqm apartment is suitable for up to 3 people. The accommodation is located in a quiet, yet centrally well connected suburb in Dortmund. It has a high-quality and fluffy carpet, two single box spring beds, a modern kitchen incl. E appliances, Smart TV and a cozy large corner sofa incl. smartphone charging station. Guests have walking access to all pubs and supermarkets.

Neighborhood info

The accommodation is located on the lower first floor of an apartment building. You can look out of the 2 large windows and get the direct view into the front garden of the building. The accommodation is very centrally located in the suburb of Dortmund-Brackel. Walking distance to supermarkets like Lidl, Rewe etc. No 70 meters away is streetcar stop (Brackel Verwaltungsstelle) which brings them within about 15min to the Dortmund city center. Parking is free in front of the house (the whole street can be parked freely).
