We traveled by car as a group of five adults, and one very large dog. Our main goal was to go hiking and enjoy the evenings with good food and drinks. The hotel exceeded our expectations. We are a loud group. The hotel staff not only made us feel welcome, but it was very obvious that they cared about how comfortable we were. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the pup was provided with an occasional treat and we were thrilled with delicious meals and hospitable atmosphere. Hot coffee waited on the breakfast table for us each morning. Tip toll!

The location of the Hotel couldnt be better, at the top of the mountain, having a panoramic view of the town. Very friendly staff, we got a huge room with an alcove that was very spacious and nice, the bath was on the smaller side but not a problem, they also have a resturant with great foods and there is also a few other options in the area. There was some construction going on just outside but it wasent a problem either, they have parking on the ground but i parked my car just up the street (free in the area just watch for the cleaning day when it is forbidden that day) due to the roadwork

Cozy, spacious room with a wide.and comfy bed, a functional bath and all the needed space for backpacks and luggage. The restaurant at ground level is quite above level, breakfast has massive variety but it would truly benefit of a coffee machine, cold milk and tepid coffee are not up to pair. Helpful and cordial staff, we felt definitely at home as humans and not merely as customers.

Was hat mir gefallen? Wie immer alles. Das ist aber auch nicht verwunderlich, war das Hotel Villa Alice doch das Hotel, das ich, eben weil es so gut ist, bei allen meinen Aufenthalten in Thale (dienstlich), ausschließlich gebucht habe. Der Charme des Hauses ist aber auch einzigartig. Als ich jetzt privat ankam, hatte ich das Gefühl, dass nach den Jahren, die ich nicht da war, alle wesentlichen Dinge geblieben sind wie ich sie kannte. Das Personal, das immer im positiven Sinne präsent ist, von einer nicht aufgesetzten Freundlichkeit und Natürlichkeit, die einem den Aufenthalt einfach persönlicher macht und dabei immer professionell. Und das Essen absolut schmackhaft. Das Frühstück sehr gutes Angebot und auch a´la carte sehr schmackhaft und groooße Portionen. Was soll ich mehr schreiben. Lernen Sie das Hotel doch am besten selbst kennen.

Alles. Eine schöne urige alte Villa am Rand von thale. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Frühstück top. Restaurant top. Service top. War diesmal mit meiner Tochter, vor zwei Jahren mit der Freundin. Beide Male alles top und beim ersten Mal auch sehr romantisch.
