RJ Residences is a recently constructed boutique hotel, of the aparthotel style. There are two apartments refered to as #1 and #2, located on the first and second floor respectively. The ground floor is rentable commercial/business space. Apartments #1 and # 2 are furnished, complete with 2 bedrooms (with AC units in each) offering stunning views of the mountains and sea. Further installed with 2 full bathrooms, an open kitchen, dining area and living room. Both apartments #1 and #2 are equipped with wifi access, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, microwave, oven and access to the open roof top deck lounge area. RJ Residences is proud to offer a sensational view of the city of Roseau, which illuminates during the evenings. In essence, the apartments are maintained with modern conveniences, are cosy and serene and kept exceptionally clean.
As someone who measures the longevity of any trip by the hotel in which I stay and its features offered, I knew that I would hold RJ Residences to no lesser standard. It was imperative that I provided a boutique hotel which would elevate the usual style offered in Dominica, while maintaining its quaint charasima. Second to none, is the custom service which I provide. Although a newly emerged venture, RJ Residences has the first hand experience for a customisable hosting interaction, that will surely impress your preconceived notions of life in the Caribbean. In summary, RJ Residences, though small scale, will surely create a large and positive mark on you.
The capital city of Roseau is a unique and wholesome sight to any first timer who may need a reminder of a simpler, more tranquil and friendlier time. The neighbourhood is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, pharmacies, and essential services. Although it can be bustling in the mornings, it is generally quiet in the evenings.
