The main buffet was great. I really liked the selection of food. It was convenient. The staff was SO friendly and helpful. For example, I chose a hamburger and there were several bottles of ketchup, but no mustard or mayonnaise. I asked and within minutes they brought both. Also, whenever we asked for drinks or refills, they came right away. The bar staff was very accommodating, even making suggestions when they were out of specific ingredients. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. And the guys who stood out front really helped when we were waiting for taxis and shuttles. I liked the proximity of the beach and the convenience of having a shady area so close to the water. I have one suggestion. You should create a hookah lounge in one of your bar spaces. I'm guessing from the demographic of the guests, it would be a real hit. I would have loved it, too. It might be so popular that guests might need to make reservations.

The food options and quality were absolutely incredible! The staff was super friendly. The pools were amazing and loved the options of how each one had a different vibe. The drinks were delicious and loved the beach (was also very clean). Would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to Punta Cana!

Lots of people working hard in the restaurants, pools, bars, etc. to take care of the guests! Very clean grounds overall, and neat landscaping everywhere, nice clean bathrooms in the common areas, and very good beach areas! Great food in abundance, and variety too!!! The water slides are awesome for people who like to play, and I had fun using them indeed. If you choose the "quiet area" they will put you in the west end where the pools seem to be cleaner and also less crowded. No excessive partying or noise here, but if you want to see more action and participate in some extra fun then you can just walk to the east end and hang out with the partying crowd, do some dancing and exercise in the front area pools. Jerk Chicken is served there, the beach is steps away, volleyball and soccer can be played, and drinks are served poolside as well. A good mix of environments, which we liked very much. (:~D

The stay was really great! we had a blast even tho we didn't go for drinking and parting , it was amazing, we did some buggy's and zipline tours. the restaurant staff and cleaning staff were the best. they made our stay perfect! Main buffet : Jorge ,Yorky and Micelania were AMAZING always welcoming and attend. and Euselbio at the pool service.
