Casa Nostra by KlabHouse is a 4 bedrooms colonial style villa with private pool located in Casa de Campo Resort, at walking distance from Playa Minitas Beach, where our guests will have free access to the beach and the pool, La Marina restaurants and shops and La Romana Golf Club. The villa is equipped with A/C in all the bedrooms, WIFI and stunning view on the 17th hole of La Romana Golf Course. The wide outdoor living patio and garden is perfect to relax with family and friends and enjoy breeze and the beautiful views of the golf course during the year-round, a comfortable outdoor dining table for 8 guests as well and fits perfectly to all your meals. A sunny 30ft long pool with sunbeds and towels will help you refreshing from the warmest part of the day. The living room is 200 sq m. with colonial style columns and lounge areas. The property provides a large master bedroom (King bed) that features a private sitting area where guests can relax and three suites (2 King size bed + 1 Queen bed), ), all equipped with A/C and private bathrooms - Included in the rental the service of HOUSEKEEPER/COOK for breakfast and lunch UNTIL 5 PM

At your disposal concierge services and private daily staff, always ready to care of your needs, organize your Italian Style meals, and satisfy all your vacation requests. RESORT FEE A resort registration fee is required during your stay in order to access all Casa de Campo amenities and services. Fees are USD 25 x night x adults = all persons over the age of 15 and USD 12,5 x night x children between the age of 10 to 15 will be charge by Casa de Campo Resort at the time of your arrival. Children below 9 years old do not require resort registration. Resort registration fee is subject change without notice.
