La recepción es de 24 horas te espera un gran parque jardín, zona de barbacoa, restaurante y un salón para juegos de mesa, con balcón ,puedes escuchar música y disfrutar de un lugar sustentable, el establecimiento fue construido de materiales nobles que te invita a practicar fotografía, meditar, leer ,realizar senderismo & bicicleta entre otras actividades conectadas a la naturaleza Somos una empresa familiar siempre preocupada de brindar un lugar confortable y con mucha paz .Cuenta con un área de hamacas para descanso o lectura , protegida de los rallos de sol directamente, contemplando el bosque y vista al volcán Tungurahua . Un columpio pequeño para conectarse con rutas clásicas en el cantón del Baños como es “La Casa del árbol,” cada noche te brindan leña para la calidez de una fogata, si deseas crear música tienes libre uso de dos guitarras o simplemente escuchar el maravilloso sonido de la fauna del lugar .

Ofrece además disfrutar de la gastronomía de Ecuador en su propio restaurante, el servicio de alojamiento incluye un desayuno continental preparado por sus propios dueños ,basado en Jugos naturales al instante, ensalada de frutas frescas de la zona, yogurt y cereales, pan budget integral , mermelada de la casa, un exquisito café de granos “Robusta” 100% Ecuatoriano de cafetera manual, además leche, mantequilla y queso fresco, (cuenta con opción vegana y sin lácteos). Brinda una experiencia Gastronómica , para cenas y almuerzo (previo aviso ), una carta basada en comida tradicional Latinoamericana , carnes , pollo , pescado, estofados de verduras y ensaladas varias, (aceptan sugerencias de menú), parte de los ingredientes de sus recetas son cultivadas en huerta orgánica del mismo centro. Si deseas prepara tus propios alimentos la cocina está totalmente equipada
