Historic Centre Premium Quality Lodging is a very unique and beautiful place to enjoy visiting and tourism around Quito. It is located in Historic Downtown with close access to main attractive and cultural activities. It is also located very close to main Universities (Universidad del Ecuador, Universidad Catolica, Universidad Salesiana y Universidad Politecnica). The property has 2 deluxe mini studios with full facilities to enjoy the stay. It has a terrace and a beautifull garden, environmentally friendly, with local plants, fresh air, silence and tranqulity. The suites are independent from the rest of the property. Although security measures are very important as main entrance is shared. Visitors are not allow to bring visitors only if the are previously announced. Security measures follow local costums as hotels and private building. ID is asked to tourists.
Tourists, students, professionals are welcome to my place. It is the perfect place to enjoy your visit and stay. I love to help visitors with local suggestions and indications to visit around Quito.
The neighbourhood is a historic place, with families living around. A very respectfull place, students around, and beautifull parks to visit, for example Itchimbia Park is up the hill and has one of the most beautifull complete view of Quito in its magnificence. The Historic Downtown is also very close by walking to visit historic churches, museums, and colonial architecture. The Arbolito and the Ejido park are very close also, both mithical places where indigenous pleople gather in social manifestations. The Asamblea Nacional is very close. Casa de la Cultura, one of the main museums about Ecuador history is also near the property. Main public transportation routes go by the neighbourhood (Metro-subway, Metrovia, Ecovia, Trolebus) and connect south and north of the city.
