It was excellent value for money including breakfast that offered a wide range of choice. The rooms were confortable, clean and spacious. Excellent location only 10 minute stroll to the center of town and the old square. The service at breakfast was sometimes quite slow, for example, two mornings running the staff forgot to bring the omelette I'd ordered until I reminded them.. Which meant it wasn't hot.

Staff were friendly and the room was lovely. Breakfast was good I found the air conditioning left both of us with sore throats and that there was not enough fresh air in the room.

I like this hotel. It has good location and good service. Breakfast was superb. There was offered big variety of choices including pancakes. I had a problem with the shower. It poured in all directions.

Liked the location. Also view from my room on 19th floor was very good. Rich breakfast. Could not open window in my room - it was just not designed for that. Condition was not delivering enough fresh air in the night.

Overall service is good but comparing with other Radisson units it is a little bit under the level I was used to. They should renew some of the rooms mainly the matress.

Free Wi.Fi. Near to the old town The staff forgot to return my credit card after I checked out. Probably they were distracted by Dalai Lama who were also leaving the hotel at the time.

Everything is done smooth and swiftly. No waiting time when checking in and out. Nice calm hotel located 10 min. From airport and 5 min walk from old town center. Competent and frindly service.

Excellent spacious room on the 18th floor overlooking the old town. Breathtaking view. Very good breakfast, and efficient and polite staff. Very nice roof garden with panoramic view. Shopping mall and supermarket just across the road. It was a superb stay. The hotel is situated just outside the old town, but it's only a 5 to 10-minute walk to get there, so it's not such a big deal. The price was a bit steep, but, all things considered, justified.

I liked the location - right at the edge of the Old Town. Very easy to get around from here. I liked the facilities and restaurant with breakfast, which was good. The rooms were excellent, very much in line with Radisson as expected. The staff are so friendly, it was a pleasure to stay.
