Near the house there are a supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaning, many cafes, restaurants and shops. Comfortable for a short and long rest modern urban apartment. Ideas for those who love to live in the city with modern things around. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. If you are traveling with children, you will be offered a high children's chair, cot, toys and children's books (This service is available upon prior request). A free mini-bar (water, drinks, tea, coffee, sugar, cookies, chocolate, chips, etc.) and a welcome gift (seasonal fruit) are available for all guests upon check-in. Guests are offered a fully equipped kitchen (full set of dishes and cutlery for 6 persons, pots, pans, salad bowls, cutting board, kitchen set, etc.) The bath is equipped with everything you need (bath and hand towels, toothbrushes, soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner). Also in the apartment there are a first aid kit and sewing kit.

The area of El Kowser is located in the tourist center of Hurghada, near the beaches and beautiful walking area loved by foreigners - The El Mamsha Promenade with plenty of a restaurants, shops and other kinds of entertainment for tourists and residents of Egypt. Taxi, bus, mini-bus. Everything for the convenient movement. Since Hurghada is stretched along the coast and small enough, it is quick and comfortable to move around the areas. The nearest marina is only 3 minutes away. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, in 3 minutes by taxi you can get to the large Spinneys and Abu Ashra Supermarket supermarkets, fish and grocery markets. The cost of a taxi will be no more than 1 dollar.
