Completed in October 2020, this villa with private pool offers all modern coms. The furniture combines Italian and Egyptian taste for a comfortable stay in this slice of paradise. Each room offers modern comforts and includes everything you need. The property is closely located to all sports facilities, including kite surfing, wind surfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, golf, tennis, horse riding and more. Enjoy a relaxing time on the White beach and Messca beach for free.
Lara and Ash are the owners of the villa and will provide their guests with contact details upon reservation to make sure guests can contact them any time.
Bay West is a new built residential area: it offers 2 large communal pools and our neighbours are mainly young professionals, living in Egypt and abroad. Bay West is ideal for a peaceful stay, surrounded by amazing facilities and sports activities, which include scuba diving, snorkeling, kite surfing, sailing, boat trips to the islands around the peninsula plus all desert activities and all the nearby resorts have to offer. The closeby Marina is an ideal place for a night out with a choice of restaurants and bars. There are also a few shops, including a minimarket, a pharmacy and a clinic with a doctor on site. Soma Bay is a gated community, secured gates to the area 24/7. We recommend you rent a golf cart, electric bike or bicycle if you don't have a vehicle.
