The staff were very friendly and helpful and always with a smile, the location is great for snorkeling and diving you can even snorkel from shore, landscape is really nice, food was good with different menu every day. My trip was planned to be only 4 nights but we extended 1 more as we really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was in a separate location from dinner. A very spacious very beautiful area. Coffee was good. The best aspect of this hotel which made us return to it rather than stay additional nights in another resort that cost twice as much was the long walkway board out to the edge of the reef. This meant we could immediately snorkel among a crazy amount of fish. We also did a glass bottom boat tour in Port Ghalib which was a big disappointment as much more marine life on our hotel reef.

Food amazing, staff amazing, all clean and lovely and relaxing. Wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Didn’t realise all inclusive was available though and I would recommend that. We literally seemed to be the only people in hotel who weren’t on all inclusive. Very chilled, lots going on if you wanted to join in. Dive centre brilliant, entertainment staff lovely. All good

Perfect place for relaxation. The place is perfect clen, the food was excellent with great variety. We went to visit Luxor from here (4,5 hours by car), it was a good adventurous addition to the week. I highly recommend the visit! The staff spoke English, German and Italian.

Wir hatten All in, die Buffets, morgens, mittags und abends für unseren Geschmack sehr gut, es war reichhaltig und auch sehr lecker, es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, und hatte immer ein freundliches Wort. Das Wellbeing, die Massagen waren TOP und professionell!!! Leider hatten wir täglich "Rote Fahne" und konnten nicht am Riff schnorcheln, ein kleiner Ersatz war dann der abgeteilte Nichtschwimmerbereich vom Strand aus.
