Great location with lots of public transportation nearby. The area was quiet with many local businesses around. No tourists anywhere nearby, only locals! Kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was spacious.

This apartment in a quiet area, ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 75 sqm surface and a terrace. The space is divided in: - 2 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms The building has intercom and elevator. The flat is ideal for 4 people. The main bedroom has a double bed & an ensuite bathroom with shower plate, whereas second bedroom has two single beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for your first stay over night. The house has an independent kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and stove), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee maker, hair dryer, bed linen, two towels per guest and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine. You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a couch and a flat screen TV. There is a heating system works with radiators to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a air conditioner splits. WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay.
