We present this exclusive and spacious 2-bedroom apartment with sea views and surrounded by gardens, located a 10-minute walk from the beach and a few meters from La Paloma's park in Benalmádena, with a sunny terrace in the afternoon, private parking, and a pool with large garden. The apartment has all the comforts, such as free WIFI, Smart TV, air conditioning and comfortable rooms, with an en-suite bathroom and another bathroom with a shower for guests, in the living room you will find a large three-seater sofa bed, you will also have the kitchen, the dining room and exit to a beautiful sunny terrace in the afternoon and with views of the sea, the city, and the gardens. The property has hot and cold air conditioning in the living-dining area and the main bedroom, as well as an excellent Wi-Fi connection.

The apartment is located a few meters from Bil Bil Beach and La Paloma Park, where the animals are in full freedom, and close to attractions such as Selwo Marina, the Benalmádena Cable Car, and the Sealife Aquarium, among others. Benalmádena is a municipality in the province of Malaga, also known for its beautiful beaches and its different tourist places for the whole family. The modern Puerto Marina of Benalmádena is characterized by the Sea Life aquarium and the yachts that moor it. Benalmádena has three main areas: Benalmádena Pueblo, Benalmádena Costa and Arroyo de la Miel. The city of Malaga (and the nearest airport) is about 10 km to the west and Marbella is 42 km to the east. Benalmádena has a Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and warm winters, temperatures averaging 30ºC in summer and 17ºC in winter. The beach season runs from May to September, which is also the busiest and most visited season.
