- Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. m. from Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If the check-in is later than 22 pm, we will charge €50, and later than 1 am, 100euros
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will be applied. (€5/person/night, over 16 years and up to 7 nights).
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a complaint or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or gatherings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security, or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to that of the police)
- Arrival out of schedule:
Price: EUR 30.00 per booking.
- If the arrival day is with a local or national bank holiday, the cost will be 30 EUR until 22pm, after 22pm will be 50 EUR from 22pm 100 euros and after 1am 150euros
- If the arrival day is 24/12, 25/12, 26/12, 31/12 & 01/01 charges will be as follow: 50 EUR until 22pm, from 22pm 100 euros and after 1am 150euros
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
