Freshly renovated studio apartment next to Santa Catalina park, the heart of Las Palmas. A five minute walk to Las Canteras beach, a stone throw from El Muelle shopping center and the Santa Catalina bus station with connections around the island. Fast internet connection for remote work, spacious balcony to enjoy your morning coffee, to take sun or to work remotely. The apartment is equipped with all that you need for a wonderful holiday including well equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher etc), beach towels, beach chairs and sun umbrella and much more. There is a guarded public parking house just across the street. Please note that the apartment is located right in the heart of the famous Las Palmas Carneval, which is held 10th of February to 5th of March 2023.
Central location guarantees that you won't miss out the colorful events that take place in Santa Catalina Park, the carnival, street markets, concerts and many more. A wide range of restaurants, bars and cafeterias are just at your doorstep. As the apartment is located right in the heart of Las Palmas, it is not the best option for those seeking tranquility.
