We're a friendly family who have decided to begin this new project with all our effort and love. You will always be taken care of openly and with a smile.

Property info

Comfortable, big and iluminated house. Perfect for familys and couples. Near from history city center, easy conection to public transport. BASIC RULES: -Check-in (15:00 pm) and check-out. ( 12:00 am) -The forgotten objects inside, will be deposited in Lost Objects in the Municipal Police. -DO NOT drink tap water. -The stay of people outside the apartment is PROHIBITED. -Respect the established noise schedule. (10:00 am - 22:00 pm).

Neighborhood info

Located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 5 minutes walk from the historic center of the city, very close to the Canary Museum and Casa de Colón Museum. Ease of public transport, stops near the apartment, with good schedules between them and very good connection throughout the city. Front, bike path, which runs through much of it. Beach 10 minutes by bus (Las Canteras, La Laja, etc.). Nearby supermarkets, maximum 2 minutes walking. Good restaurants nearby, as well as cultural and leisure venues.
