The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, microwave and oven. It also has Wifi. The Amara Pio XII apartment is located in the Amara neighborhood. It is 10 minutes walk from the beach of La Concha, 15 minutes from the old part. It is a 2-minute walk from the Anoeta football stadium. It has excellent public transport communications, with bus stop, taxi and metro less than 1 min from the portal. In the neighborhood there is a wide range of restaurants, pintxos bars, parks, supermarkets and sports facilities. The apartment is newly renovated, has all the new equipment, easy access for all types of people and optional garage for 10E a night.
